I am an LMSW-C psychotherapist with specialized training and certifications in ADHD and Autism, with additional certifications currently in progress. My work focuses on supporting adults, particularly those navigating a recent diagnosis, as well as individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or life stage transitions.
I draw on my empathy, education, and experience working collaboratively with clients in creating a safe, supportive space where they can feel truly understood—often for the first time. Together, we explore the connections between past experiences and present challenges, uncovering the strengths that emerge from those stories. My role is to walk alongside you on your healing journey, offering guidance, expertise, and unwavering support as you move toward greater understanding, well-being and more confident functioning.
