As a practicing social worker for the past twenty years, Tamara has treated individuals, groups, couples and families from many different communities, from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds who have presented with various emotional challenges. Tamara has treated anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc. In recent years, Tamara has earned her substance abuse certificate (CAADC) and have assisted families and youth in overcoming the challenges of substance abuse; regardless of what stage of change they are in. Tamara is dedicated to addressing the unique needs a client presents while assisting them in finding the right solution to move forward.

Sonia has been a practicing social worker for over 20 years. Sonia is fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi languages. Sonia has completed advanced training for school based mental health services and has experience working in Chicago-lands top school districts where she helped students achieve their optimal potential. Not only has Sonia worked with children, but she has experience working with adults with any challenge they may face. Sonia has extensive experience working with survivors of domestic violence and working with people in crisis within the emergency department.

Kinga believes that it takes a lot of courage and strength to explore building a more satisfactory life and how to become stronger by the choices that you make daily. Kinga understands the significance of fostering a connection with others, so they feel seen, heard, and valued in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Kinga has 5 years of experience in providing outpatient therapy with ego-strengthening, somatic, and bilateral stimulation techniques. She is intensely trained in EMDR (50 hours), Complex Trauma (CCTP-II certification), and anxiety disorders (CCATP), Certified Addictions-Informed Mental Health Professional (CAIMHP), and intensely trained in DBT (C-DBT). Kinga has experience in providing therapeutic services for various conditions and challenges including adjustment /life transition issues, loss and grief, pain management (non-pharmacological interventions), Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome, mood disorders including panic disorder, Bipolar, Borderline Personality Disorder, Schizophrenia/ Schizo-Affective disorder, hyperstimulation/ fatigue (HPA Axis deregulation), and co-occurring disorders. Christa’s areas of clinical interest include areas of anxiety disorders, relationship concerns, eating disorders and/or body image concerns, depression, LGBTQ+ issues, trauma, identity development, and family of origin concerns. We are hiring contractual (1099) clinical therapists at our Trenton office only (LLMSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or related field) with a competitive fee split starting at 60% with the potential to increase to 65%.
