We are hiring contractual (1099) clinical therapists at our all of our offices (LLMSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or related field) with a competitive fee split starting at 50%-60% with the potential to increase to 70%.

Prime Counseling Services has been providing quality services to the community since 2021. We believe in providing the training and support that you would get in a community mental health position and offering the pay, flexibility, and ability to work independently in a private practice setting.

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals and family. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering psychotherapy to clients in a supportive environment.

• Our billing is done in-house that offers faster reimbursement. We have a collection rate over 98%.
• Must be willing to work full time (see over 20+ clients a week).
• Office and billing support. Just worry about seeing your clients and completing documentation.
• Free case consultation available once a month. Meet the therapists from the other 2 offices as well.
• For limited licensed therapist, we offer free weekly supervision and optional monthly group supervision.
• Fee split starting at 60% for fully licensed therapist with the ability to earn up to 70%. Limited License social workers receive a fee split of 50%
• After 3-6 months, you may be given the option to switch to a W2 employee with a salary, paid time off (16 days off per calendar year), medical, vision, and dental insurance.
• Full time therapists will be given their own fully furnished office, so they have the same dedicated workspace each time they are in office.
• Flexibility to make your schedule. Must be willing to work more than half your time in-person.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including crisis intervention and psychotherapy techniques.
• Utilize our HIPAA compliant platform to deliver services remotely when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with ICD-10 coding requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in therapy and mental health care.
• Participate in case consultations and contribute to program development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Valid licensure as an LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or LLMSW. Full licensure preferred.
• Experience working with individuals and families.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques and psychotherapy practices.
• Familiarity with diagnosing for accurate documentation of diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining client confidentiality.
• Previous experience working in a private practice setting preferred but not necessary.
• Willingness to see 20+ clients a week.
