Hi, I’m Tracy! I am a counselor with a creative spirit and am a firm believer that everyone deserves to feel heard, seen, and supported. For the past nine years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside children, their parents, and adults who were once children themselves, helping them navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their strengths.
My approach to counseling is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I believe healing happens when people feel safe and truly understood, and I strive to create that environment in every session—with a healthy dose of imagination, humor, and compassion.
I’m trained in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Level One Theraplay. I also draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and love using Expressive Arts techniques to unlock insight and growth in creative, non-linear ways.
