Christa is a limited license social worker who has experience with a variety of settings and populations, including school special education teams, student athletes, and college mental health centers. She utilizes a trauma-informed, integrative approach to counseling with a focus on client empowerment and interpersonal skills. Christa’s areas of clinical interest include areas of anxiety disorders, relationship concerns, eating disorders and/or body image concerns, depression, LGBTQ+ issues, trauma, identity development, and family of origin concerns. She hopes to create a non-judgmental environment in which clients feel welcome, accepted, and free to discuss both their difficulties and their strengths.
